Media: typically you'll find him on an old clunky dinosaur power book G4, working in an older version of Photoshop, drawing on a wacom tablet that's a few generations behind yours.
But when it comes to art shows, he likes to mix it up a bit, with everything from ballpoint pens, spray paint, stencils, silkscreens, and markers...to oils, and acrylics.
Bio: born last among 5 siblings (all will inclinations in the arts). He was the "quiet kid" in the back of the class that was awkward and always drawing. Though he never considered it as a career, that is until he won some art competitions very early in his career (beating out the older students several grades above himself).
In the years since graduation from Otis college of art and design he has bounced around the industry project to project from preproduction and storyboard art at Electronic Arts, to illustrations for TV show intros on MTV, to various character design/development for several projects currently in development, to illustrations/graphics for Tankfarm, Faveur, and other clothing lines. In addition, he of late has been busy touring the local and not so local gallery circuit with his various series of character based paintings.
Currently he is hard at work on his epic graphic novel series REVELATIONS: the Prophets.
It's a post apocalyptic view of future history with biblical proportions.
Born in 1984 and raised in San Diego, CA, Kelli was drawn towards a creative life at a very young age. Middle daughter of three, she was always the one found drawing, imagining, or creating in one form or another. She followed her passion as it took her to the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles, where she graduated in 2005.
Kelli is now the head designer at Jedidiah clothing company. She draws upon her strong illustration and design skills, and her innate sense of style, to produce a fashion line that speaks to the hearts of it?s devoted clientele. She believes in the beauty of a positive message, and incorporates the power of art and music into her graphics.
Kelli is also an accomplished fine artist, whose paintings have sold in galleries in San Diego, as well as in showcases across the country. Her work displays a distinctive hip and urban feel, with illustrative overlays of innocence and messages of hope. Her unique style has won her a loyal following among collectors, and she continually strives to balance her primary career responsibilities with the myriad requests she receives for her paintings.

I may look in the mirror and see an incomplete image that I can't imagine God ever using. Regardless of what I see, I remember that the Master designer is not finished. I might not able to see the classic lines of a masterpiece, but his fingerprints of greatness is there.

born and raised in los angeles, ca, nic has been drawing since day one and it was clear that pursuing the arts as a career was a likely part of his destiny. since graduating from the communication arts dept. OTIS college of art and design (with a major in illustration and a minor in graphic design), nic has been involved in a number of projects from t-shirt, CD, and package design, to design for various animation projects as well as co-directing a few small music videos.
only recently though has nic picked up a brush and begun to show in galleries throughout LA in popular group shows as a way of distancing himself from the commercial art he's been used to producing as a "job." though undefined in his own mind, nic likes to think of his art-style as a part of a new wave of the "pop surrealism" movement thats growing strong in his home town and finds painting a refreshing way of diverting his eyes from the computer screen.
oh... and if any of you have seen the early 90s family comedy "surf ninjas," he played the little brother (haha, that's LA for ya)

Pancho Abalos began his art career in the mid 80?s when cartoons like the Transformers, Robotech and GI Joe graced the television on Saturday mornings. He began sketching what he saw on TV and shaped the vision he now perceives when creating an art piece. His art speaks for itself; he creates colorful works of art that has won honors at juried shows and have been featured in shows in Hawaii and California.

Art is not a substitute religion, it is a religion in the true sense of the word: binding to the unknowable, transcending reason, and transcending being. I begin by saying that I strongly believe in trusting my imagination and creative process when I am working. I have been painting professionally for the past 8 years now, I have current exhibitions and I am also a Graduate painting student at University of Hawaii, I hold a Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design. I am currently selling pieces in Hawaii and in California. My influences include street culture, graffiti culture, folk art, and skate culture.
Art to me is about learning to inhabit the world in a better way; art can be a powerful tool for social intersections by setting up encounters between people. With the recent deterioration of inter personal relationships, art seems more than ever a tool to bring people together and create the exchange of ideas. As we begin to learn to see the virtues of differentiated visual experiences, we ultimately allow ourselves to be weaned from the fiction of a "true vision" and work instead in the possibilities opened up by the artistic freedoms we have already invented and the ones, now so hard to envision, that are doubtless to come.

I, like all human beings, are in a process of finding their "self." I for one have been on the road of self discovery, ultimately losing my life in order to find it. ?The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.? The artwork I produce is a direct insight into my being- a visual diary of sorts, of my personal relationship with Christ- Leaving in its wake, people being touched by God, challenged in their faith, and provoked to make a difference in this fallen world.
