Born and raised in Northern California, Eugene Kristofher began his escapade with art at the age of 4 with the help of villains and superheroes at the local comic books stores. Graduating from pencil to paint, he began going to train yards and under bridges to feed the need for greater "expression". Later, a restless Eugene Kristofher made a big change shortly after high school. He and a couple close buddies bought one-way tickets to Hawaii. Immersing himself in the local urban art and tattoo scene, Eugene looked for the ultimate artistic outlet. Ironically, true inspiration was found amongst the poorest of the poor in India, Jordan and South Africa where he lived intermittently for several years as a missionary. After returning to Hawaii he married his sweet love and hooked up with a close knit local forum for the arts, Ground Up. Touting the message of compassion, faith and introspection, he continues showing at various venues throughout Honolulu and its emerging Chinatown art district under the name "Eukarezt".

I am conzo, I am that quiet shy guy who sat at the back of class in school engrossed in drawing in all of his jotters eventually to be caught in the act one day by a teacher (known for his serious character I add) doing a caricature of him in a tutu zapping a pupil with a pulse wand...terrified of wat was going to happen to me...a day later it was framed on his wall and I found myself crowded with requests from teachers that would normally of had my pants fizzing with fear. From that day onwards I crave reaction to my work whether its laughter or disgust so I took up spray painting as a main medium which allows me to force reactions from people on places where it shouldn't be.
